Jessica A. Smith Named Partner at Bradford & Gordon

Bradford & Gordon, LLC, an elite law firm focusing exclusively on divorce, matrimonial, and family law, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jessica A. Smith to Partner. An associate with the firm since 2016, Jessica has proven herself to be a skilled family law attorney who is committed to resolving conflicts for her clients with integrity and compassion. She has represented clients in all aspects of divorce litigation, including pre- and post-nuptial agreements, maintenance, child support and parenting responsibilities, relocation, and valuation and disposition of complex assets.

Throughout her legal career, Jessica has practiced exclusively in the area of family law. Through her professional and personal experiences, Jessica understands the profound impact divorce has on the individual and the children of divorce. While she strives to negotiate settlements on her clients’ behalf outside of the courtroom, she is prepared to advocate zealously for her clients’ interests inside the courtroom, as well.

In addition to her client work, Jessica is a regular lecturer with the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education’s Family Law education program. She is a graduate of DePaul University College of Law and Saint Louis University. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, cooking, and running.
