After practicing for several years, Jessica joined Bradford & Gordon, LLC and brings to the firm an extensive background in family law. As a member of their exceptional legal team, Jessica represents a variety of clients in all aspects of divorce litigation, including allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, maintenance, child support, relocation, pre and post nuptial agreements, and valuation and disposition of complex assets.
Prior to joining Bradford & Gordon and throughout her legal career, Jessica has practiced exclusively in the area of family law. She has skillfully managed the wide range of responsibilities expected of an effective family law attorney including court appearances, arguing motions, conducting witness examinations, preparing briefs for trial and appellate proceedings, and conducting settlement conferences and depositions. She also has first chaired a custody case in which her client was awarded sole custody of the child.
Through her professional and personal experiences, Jessica understands the profound impact divorce has on the individual and the children of divorce. While she strives to negotiate settlements on her clients’ behalf outside of the courtroom, she is prepared to advocate zealously for her clients’ interests inside the courtroom, as well. Jessica has a client-focused approach to family law, and is passionate about resolving conflicts for her clients with integrity and honesty. In her free time, she volunteers for her local parish and enjoys traveling, cooking and running.
