Alexandra R. Holland

Alexandra focuses her practice exclusively on family law matters, including divorce, property division, child custody, parentage, visitation, maintenance, support, orders of protection, pre-decree and post-decree issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Alexandra clerked in the Domestic Relations Division of the Cook County Office of the Public Guardian where she gained experience representing clients with a Rule 711 legal license and litigating complex custody cases. She works to assist her clients through emotionally difficult times by utilizing her skills as an advocate, counselor and negotiator.

In 2015, Alexandra assisted in drafting a publication for the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education family law series titled “Divorce Against the Absent Spouse”.

Alexandra earned her Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Indiana University. She is currently a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association.
